Where are your products made?
We have chosen as raw materials wood coming from Portugal and Asia for the bamboo. The products are made on-site to promote the local economy and limit intermediaries to offer you the best prices. Moreover, it is a nice gesture for the planet to use bamboo, an invasive species that can harm the biodiversity.
MY WOODEN RINGS is associated with Graine de Vie to limit the ecological footprint due to transport, raising awareness, and acting for the forests.
For each purchase on our site, we plant a tree. The benefits of this approach are numerous and vary according to the location of the plantation:

What is the delivery time?
The processing of your order and manufacturing of products and the delivery require our team to delay 10 to 15 working days. Due to COVID-19, it may take up to 10 days longer. International customers should expect longer delivery times.

International buyers are responsible for international duties and customs fees.

When is my package delivered?
Your package is delivered during office hours between 9 am and 5 pm. In case of absence, the letter carrier will leave the parcel in the mailbox, or if he does not have access to it, he will go a notice inviting you to come and pick it up
the next day at the nearest post office.
My order is not complete
If your order includes more than one item, they may be shipped separately, depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
I did not receive my order
A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel ?
With our secure delivery, we will take care of the problem for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not pass the buck to the carrier and let you "manage". We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

Cancellation & Return
Can I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel your order only if you make the request within one hour after the order.

I wish to return an item
You can return your order within 14 days after the date of receipt except for the ring sizer, the articles offered or personalized (engraving), the return is not possible.
In case of size problem, we provide a first exchange of size for free (only the return shipping costs are at your charge), then for the other exchanges we will charge 15€.
Additional notes: All items must be clean, "unworn" and saleable to be accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee for any item returned with excessive scratches or other abuse.
Following the Hamon law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to qualify for a return.
Do I have to pay for the return?
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Where do I go to start the return or exchange process?
Please send us an email via the contact form indicating your intention to return and your order number.
How long does the refund take?
Depending on your bank, the refund will take about 3 to 5 working days if you pay by credit card.
If you pay by Paypal, the refund will be done in 48h directly on your Paypal account.

Our products are guaranteed for 2 years.
Are your wooden rings water resistant?
All our wooden rings covered with a glossy varnish are water resistant but not waterproof. They are not intended to be worn in the shower or in the sea. Any damage caused by water will void the warranty.
How can I order a product?
We make it as easy as possible for you to order.

Can I combine my discount codes?
No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order.
I received an import tax
MyWoodenRings ships its products worldwide, however the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of his country, we decline any responsibility.
